Terms of Service
By using our website and renting from UTVSideBySideRentals, you agree to the following terms:
You must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and matching credit card.
All renters and passengers must sign a liability waiver before operating a UTV.
UTVSideBySideRentals reserves the right to deny service to any individual who appears to be under the influence or violates our rental agreement.
Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Renters are responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, or late returns.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Minimum Rental: 2 hours
Late Return Fee: $60 for the first hour; $120 within 2 hours; Full Rental fee after 2 hours.
No-shows, same day cancellations: No refund
Cancellation:
100% refund if canceled 7 or more days before reservation
50% refund if canceled within 7 days
No refund on same Day Cancellations
Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, safety briefing, and vehicle inspection.
All safety gear (helmets, goggles) is provided.
