Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. By adhering to these rental requirements, you can enjoy a worry-free UTV trail adventure and create lasting memories in the great outdoors.
Operating Requirements
Renter minimum 21 years old to rent UTV. Must have a valid credit card and name on card must match drivers license. $1,500 security deposit will be authorized on the credit card.
Reservations
UTVSideBySideRentals highly recommends making reservations in advance. Call/Text at 248.766.5994
Mandatory Liability Insurance
Our rental rate includes mandatory liability insurance. For added worry free rental, we also offer optional Damage Waiver - $20.
When to Arrive
We recommend you arrive 30mins prior to the start of your reservation. This will give you time to complete all of the required paperwork and go over the operation of the machine. Arriving late will cut into your rental time.
Items to bring
Phone, water & snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, gloves, wear closed toe shoes, gator, rain gear if needed. You are welcome to bring your helmet and googles as well.
Passenger Requirements
Must wear helmet and seat belt must be worn at all times. A passenger is defined as someone who will NOT be driving the UTV.
Included in the Rental
Helmets, Googles, trail map, full tank of gas, Trail permits are current and affixed on the UTV.
Rental Duration
Your rental has a minimum of 2 hours, we also have rates 3 to 5 hours.
Cancellations & Refund
Cancellations: 100% refund 7 days prior to booking; 50% refund less than 7 days; No refund for no shows.
Late Returns
UTVsidebysiderentals will charge $60 if the UTV is returned 1 hour after return time. $120 if the UTV is returned 2 hours after return time.
